I was also impressed by the fact that the French Foreign Minister, Mr. Permatan ... the testimonial for the Club Med commercials ,you know who I mean... actually met with Mr. Arafat yesterday afternoon, and did us all a favor. The picture of the two together was better than 1000 words: a show of irrelevance! Well well... two of a kind! For the world to see.
More Euro news or Eurogossip: apparently, the big meeting of Foreing Ministers in Crete today , that was prepared for the last 4 days by top level diplomats from all over the Continent....... was a newspaper free event! the organization was so bad, that Europe's best and brightest ( a figure of speach ), had no newspapers available for 4 days in a row...... nobody thought of having the international press delivered.... leave it to the Eurocrats to forget about the most basic necessities!!
