Just returned from having dinner with a "senior western diplomat"... terribly confusing. what is going on in our world? Why is Tony Blair being considered the leader of the right-wingers while Chirac is being hailed by the Euro-leftist? This gives me the idea that people are terribly confused and have no idea of what they believe in. Certainly no one, not even the "senior western diplomat", has been able to tell me where this infighting will eventually lead us. I just hope that something positive will come out of all these bad feelings... some day.
